With all the events going on, it's easy to not know all the details about what's happening with the local businesses that you love! We wanted to offer a Frequently Asked Questions post for you all with the questions that we have been asked the most often:
Q: Are you still open and at what times?
A: Absolutely! We're still open at our regular hours of Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm.
Q: I want to abide by the 6-feet apart guidelines that have been mandated, do you guys follow those guidelines as well?
A: Yes! We have markers on the floors of our office that indicate where our clients should stand to abide by the guidelines required. We want everyone to be safe and sound while with us!
Q: When performing procedures are you using any protective wear?
A: We wear a mask when doing procedures AND while sitting at the front desk. We wore gloves before the current events, and we definitely wear them now!
Q: What are your cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of patients and staff?
A: We use disinfectant cleaners to wipe down and sanitize all furniture and materials that are touched, which includes but are not limited to:

Patients' credit cards
Q: I ran out of my products that I bought from you guys! Can I still purchase more?
A: Of course you can! And not only that, but you now have two options: you can come inside our office and purchase more, or you can call ahead of time and pay via phone with curbside pickup instead!
